        NBT has been good to us. Sad to see Ashley leave, she was the best! If anyone ever had a problem with her, they were more then likely the problem. She has been absolutely awesome to us!!

        The most professional caring team!! For almost 14 years Ive been fortunate to have all my banking needs handled by the staff at NBTs Margaretville branch! And they always do so with a smile on their faces... or these days of wearing masks, a smile in their voices. I feel very lucky to have the branch so close to home.

        Horrible Manager, Chris Hamilton. He goes "by the book" and does not care about the community. All he cares about is getting fees in to make his quota. No compassion for people who been affected by the pandemeic as well. The staff appear to be imtimdated by him too, I feel sorry for them. He needs to go. Don't bank here until he leaves, go to the Grand Gorge office, much nicer.
