        Had NYSERDA-approved Empower+ heat pump project 8/30/23 that selected Standard as the contractor on 9/1/23. They had their assessor come out to determine eligibility and then Logan out on 12/6 to start designing the system. Thats when the communication dropped off and disappeared. No one would get back to me on our project design cost or timeline ever since. I mustve left a dozen texts and calls to several staff: Shannon, Jason Dion, Logan, Christine and Todd. I spoke with Jason in Feb who is the senior director for sales in the company and he apologized for my project getting lost but then hasnt returned any of my calls since. My assumption is that they prefer to pick and choose projects that have the most earning potential rather than who engages with them first. I feel discrimination for having NYS assistance for my project.
