Worst experience Ive ever had! - They need to hire competent people that can properly educate the patients while making the appointment. Their systems were down and could not get the information they needed transferred over. I asked if I can just go get it and come back within 10 mins, and got turned away. Wasted my time and they didnt even apologize!

Confirmed text 2 days prior for a 7:15 appt. Door was locked, I call and was told they don't open doors until 7:30. Brush it off as the woman was slightly polite about it. Go in 7:30 asked a few questions everyone was polite. Called into the back, wait until 8:25 and decide I will go elsewhere. After leaving they call, and I politely ask them not to bill my insurance.

Northwell Health Grossman is fantastic. All of the employees are very friendly. When I had my MRI they were very respectful for all my needs. Thank you for doing a great job.

Went for a mammogram/sonogram and forgot my script. The secretaries were amazing!! They never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, and they were so kind. They called my doctor immediately to get a copy of the scrip, and I was called right in for my exam. The technicians explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. I was so impressed with this office. Everyone was so kind and personable
