Bliss Bakehouse Gluten Free

I first visited this shop when it was a booth at the Fayetteville farmers market. I'm so happy it has its own shop right in Manlius now! The baked goods here are almost EXACTLY like what you'd get in the grocery store bakery. You can't tell they are GF at all. As someone who grew up with the grocery store bakery frosting, it's not easy to find that same type with gluten free bakeries - most go for heavier frostings. But this place has emulated it perfectly, their frosting has the same texture like it was when I was a kid. I love it. Please do support this small business! You won't regret it. Also - they're strict on masks for those of us with autoimmune diseases.

These baked goods are even better than the regular baked desserts. We ordered some fancy cupcakes for daughters wedding. We had to order extras because we couldnt resist eating several before we even got home. Additionally they were so creative, varied , and beautiful. We were thrilled. The owner was so very helpful and nice. She was a pleasure to deal with. We cant wait to go back even though we are not gluten free.

I always get a plate of cookies for family gatherings and everyone love it. My cousin from NYC is a hardcore gluten free and he said these are the best gluten free cupcakes, and bagels he ever had in the city. Jen's cheesecake is also amazing. I enjoyed the seating they have outside. Love to support a local business.

Bliss Bakehouse is my favorite gluten free bakery in the area! Jen is so accommodating and caring. She puts her heart into this business - and makes so many delicious goodies!!

This place is amazing! The environment is cute and cozy and the workers are extremely nice and personable. Very cute place and very gluten and celiac friendly
