        Horrible experience with this store. They sent me a gown that was snagged, ripped, and had makeup ALL over the dress (in multiple places). The fact that an associate thought it was remotely acceptable to send out a damaged item like that shows theres absolutely no quality training or customer service expectations. I tried calling the store MULTIPLE times and no one answered at any department. Truly the worst customer experience Ive had with any department store. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money!!
