Poor communication. Lack of professionalism and turning a blind eye during consistent bullying at school, leaving child with nightmares for months.

We are huge fans of MCNS preschool and are so grateful for the amazing and nurturing environment that my children have experienced while being a part of this wonderful community. I am grateful every day that I came across a place like this after moving to Westchester - with teachers and staff that support and love their students while going above and beyond to ensure their safety and well-being. We love you, mcns!

I really do love this school. When I moved across the country, finding a great preschool that would provide stability and enjoyable learning experiences for my daughter was my #1 priority. Charlie, the toddler director at the toddler center on Fenimore, gave me and my 2 year old a comprehensive tour of the church school facility and every classroom space. The rooms are intimate, and filled with photographs and the children's work samples. It had a good feeling, and after talking with Ms. Roe and Ms. Carol, I was ready to sign my little one up on the spot! The school is unassuming, but don't be deceived. Your child will thrive, learn, and be loved at MCNS. Also, did I mention the teacher child ratio is awesome too? I also appreciated that it was a cooperative school, where I could volunteer and feel like a part of my child's learning experience. You get such insight to your child's school day while volunteering. It's soooo fun! There is also great enrichment programs that they do. From yoga, dental hygienist, science teachers, etc. that add to their curriculum. We spent two years, and also had the pleasure of having Ms. Kathy and Ms. Ruth as teachers. They were just as fabulous as Carol and Roe. We had two great years at MCNS and were sad to leave when we moved back to Cali.

MCNS has been a great experience for my two kids.  My daughter joined MCNS as a four year old shortly after we moved in the area from Boston.  She was initially nervous about a new school, but quickly learned to love her teachers and friends.  She gained new skills and her personality blossomed at MCNS.  She then adapted readily to kindergarten this year.  My son is now at MCNS and is similarly doing well.  Parent volunteer days are fun, low pressure events and it's been nice to experience my children's learning environment.
