        I am SOOOO HAPPY that Vinnie at Waterline was recommended to us!  We have had an ongoing problem with our hot water heater that NO ONE has ever been able to figure out!  Believe me when I say we have had a lot of others come through to take a look, who then just wanted to sell us a new water heater.  Vinnie was so careful and thorough in his diagnosis of the issue, and it paid off BIG TIME for us-It is just AMAZING to finally have this figured out!  Not only for our peace of mind and our hot water but, of course, Vinnie saved us a lot of money.I can't recommend his service enough!  He was responsive from the moment we called, spending considerable time with us on the phone about our dilemma, and then he made plans to come take a look immediately.  Forever grateful and we will be using this plumber for everything, from here on in!  Huge thanks to Vinnie, and to our pal, John V., for telling us about this guy!!!
