        Started off 3+ years ago with attentive staff even though the site was still under construction. None of the staff has lasted three years! There is no manager on site. I suspect he comes in a few days a month. Email rarely responded to. The same with voice mail. It is common knowledge of residents. If I want something done I ask Drew and he finds the mystery manager. And as of today there is no VM to leave a message, the phone just rings until it stops. And today I have a threatening sticker on my car window saying my car will be towed despite paying rental for garage every month

        The maintenance staff has always been top notch at the Mason! However, Cushman needs to get a better handle on the on-site property manager. Its horrendous. I have emailed, called and stopped by the office for almost 2 months straight. No one has been in the office and none of my calls or emails have been returned.
