Food perfect, drinks excellent, desert terrific. Service waited thirty-five minutes for my appetizer and forty-five minutes for dinner. This is an issue that should be addressed.

Uva's got this chill vibe, kind of like your favorite rustic spot in the neighborhood where everyone kind of knows your name. Walked in last Thursday and the place was buzzing with this cozy, warm atmosphere - really sets the mood right. Had this server, Fernando, who mixed up a mean ginger cocktail that just hit the spot. Tried the spaghetti al pomodorino, and it's a game changer, especially when they whip it out in that cheese wheel right at your table. It's just a solid place to grab a bite.

I had received a gift card for this restaurant as a Christmas gift and decided to dine out and use the gift card that night. Although I had reserved a table, the wait time was lenghty. The staff were very pleasant and we didn't mind the wait. We ordered the Salmon with capers. It was perfectly done and quite delectable. I would order it again. Thank you. It was a nice dining experience.
