Rogers Heating & Gas Co

I was told a tech would come at 3pm, called company four times and half an hour before they were scheduled to close, I was informed tech called at 3pm and there was no answer. This was a lie so service was not rendered and still have to wait for deposit paid. Does not even merit the one star.

On a very chilly day, our furnace broke down. Every company I phoned, including our normal one, indicated they were fully booked for days. Rogers Heating & Gas Company was able to arrange for a technician to arrive on-site the same day, and we soon had heat. Daniel was affable, knowledgeable, and thorough. We needed a follow-up visit for a part that had to be ordered, and it was easy to schedule and Daniel was right on time. Happy campers!!

The office set up my appointment for 10:00 a.m. not within a five hour window like the last company. Greg arrived fifteen minutes before scheduled time after calling to notify he was on the way. Did a great job on the maintenance of my HVAC unit. Very polite and courteous. I will be calling Rogers Heating & Gas Co in the future for heating & cooling.

I couldn't figure out why our air conditioner wouldn't turn on any longer. I called Rogers Heating & Gas Co, and a technician came out to look at it. He quickly identified the issue, made the necessary repairs, and had the unit up and running again in no time. He took the time to explain how the unit works and give us some pointers on how to keep it running smoothly. Many thanks for your excellent work.

Rogers Heating & Gas Co was the third company and I had come out to my home. They made it out quickly in the small window I had available. They were a lot more thorough in their inspection than the previous two companies I had to my home. They educated me about my issue and didn’t try to sell me extra things that I didn’t need. My house was already cooling down before the technician even left! I highly recommend Rogers Heating & Gas Co.
