Drained my transmission fluid instead of oil. Sent me out to drive with no transmission fluid. I would not recommend getting a simple oil change here.

Hoping Valvoline resolves damage they did to my car. Will update shortly.
Update: I got the runnaround from district manager, regional manager, then was dismissed and insulted by the store manager (who wasn't there that day).

Clueless high school kids working here. Try to sell you everything but the actual thing youre there for a simple oil change. Good luck talking to anyone that has common sense working there.

I brought 2 cars in on Saturday for inspections and oil changes, dealt with Jonathan the manager, he was very polite and not pushy. I've had bad experiences with this location in the past but decided to give it another try. I'm glad I did!!! Thanks Jonathan!!!
