Signing up as a new customer they will call you right back and be right there. Call them for service, and the web form doesn't work. The service guy doesn't have voice mail and doesn't reply to email. And they close at 3:30pm based on the phones not being answered. Very disappointed.

Dont recommend. Had a $13k heating/cooling system installed by them a couple of months ago that has had problems since day one. Now, we have no air conditioner. Bell has come to the house, twice, with no success (even though each time they said they fixed the problem). Now, we need to wait two weeks for the part (assuming Bell got it right the third time) and THEN we can be put on their schedule. No air conditioner with two young kids in the house and not a care in the world from this company. I will never use them again.
