        I have been dealing with crazy outages ,I send them messages all the time to no avail.poorest communication with customers as far as I can c.never been back to my house to check hardware.never calls back just pure bad service.never have I dealt with so much outages. Example today is 10 30 23 and I've had no service since Friday the 27 .tried getting ahold of them a d as usual NOTHING. Think it's time for change.

        Fastest internet ever I do gaming and lots of streaming videos and it's always fast ping times for gaming are good to go on wireless has great customer service and I've always been well taken care of if I could leave more than a 5 star review I would .....thanks jb wireless

      Hi Albert, Sorry to hear are having these issues, As we mentioned your signal became obstructed trees mostly and that is what caused your outages and slow speeds, And we recommended at the time that we could not provide better service any longer to your location due to this. We wish we could provide you service but things like this can be outside of our control.
