        Bad service, bad customer service. They promised delivery in 4 days; it took 8 days. When I called customer service, they hung up on me.

        Horrible, horrible company!! Similar to previous review. I bought an expensive mattress cover that was a terrible quality and spent money on shipping to return it at my expense. They then sent me an email that they couldnt return my money because it was used which it absolutely wasnt. Complete scam company. Buyer beware!!!!

      Hello D! I am sorry to hear this, but don't think you called us. We have two people who answer phones and are closed on the weekends. Neither one of us spoke to you or would ever hang up on our customers! I show your order was shipped on the 2nd and you have received on the 5th. It may have been a bit of a delay of a day from you placing your order due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Please call us if you have any other questions and thank you for shopping with us!

      We understand your frustration but we are not a scam company. When we opened the box and started to remove the cover we saw that it was not in the original packaging and dirty in one area. We immediately took a picture of it and contacted you.We do not know if it happened when it was refolded or came from the inside of the box since it was not in the protective bag. When an item is returned we carefully inspect it. If an item is soiled in any way we will not try to clean it and repackage it for resell. We do and did offer to send the item back to you.
