Avis Car Rental

Location was easy to pick up and drop off. Vehicle was dirty and hadnt been cleaned or sanitized when I was handed the keys. Staff did come out to wipe down the steering and dash area. Car drove horribly, definitely something mechanically wrong with it. When I went back to swap it out I was told I needed to contact customer service who o had already spoke to and sent me back into the rental location. Needless to say, they didnt help get me another car and I was stuck with it for another week. I ended up renting from another agency because this car drove so poorly. Car wasnt safe and I did have to put my children in the vehicle but Avis didnt care about that. Id never rent from here again.

I always have a positive experience at Avis. Staff is personable and responses are accurate and prompt. I love doing business here.

After hertz couldnt fulfill our rental we had ordered, we were so lucky to get a car from this location. Not only that, but trying to get back to Buffalo during a blizzard they even gave us the exact four wheel drive vehicle we needed and a car seat. Rental was quick and efficient and we couldnt be happier!

Had a reservationtry today (Friday) at 1pm. Location is inexplicably closed, and on the phone I'm told the only resolution is to come back tomorrow.
