Atria Tanglewood is a most lovely place in EVERY single way. The staff has been wonderful. nice, nice, nice all of them. The staff is not only nice but efficient and reliable. From reception to dining to cleaning- EVERYONE is wonderful. It is a beautiful place - the decor, the maintenance and the cleanliness - outstanding. The grounds are stunning. The services are also terrific. from dining to medical to rehab - all are wonderful. Anne , Virginia and Mr. Lynch are another reason Atria is a most lovely place. They run Atria like a small boutique hotel. My family and I are fortunate that our father is at Atria Tanglewood. Thank you, all.

I think that the Atria Tanglewood is a beautiful joyful place to live! It is beyond clean at all times! My mother is so happy and enjoys all the activities daily. I highly recommend it.

Ann the ED was very warm and kind when my family came in to see the facility. She made us feel at home and welcome. It is a beautiful facility with a friendly face.

BLACK MOLD FACILITY. Facilities negligently managed and allowed for water infiltration from facade to leak into multiple tenants apartment for months resulting in Black Mold death of the occupant and possible illness of others. Management attempted to cover tracks by performing illegal mold abatement. Previously had outbreak of legionaries. BEWARE! Dont trust them or their unqualified management. Response to 07-06-22 response. False your executive director did not reach out to me to discuss this. You then conveniently moved the facility director to another facility to replace them with someone with no knowledge of the matter (smart legal move on your part). I have an entire folder of documentation of the matter showing your negligence and correction of the water infiltration months after it occurred. Atria Staff are not properly trained on any of the NYS or Federal mold laws and pose a risk to the society they are suppose to care for. You had air monitoring reports from before the NYS DOH Violations were issues (cover up attempt).
