A1 installed mini splits in my home, garage and office. Very quiet highly efficient.

Jim does a great job. He is VERY responsive. You can ask him questions via phone, text and email at just about any time of day and he replies quickly. He is very organized and thorough. He also accepts credit cards. That made me rest easier. All contractors should do that because it protects both parties. I feel very confident that Jim installed both of our mini-splits correctly and so far we are extremely happy with them. I plan on working with him again in the future. Jim was professional and efficient every step of the way. Hes on time, explains everything, listens to the customer, and works to determine the best value for their budget. The ductless technology itself is impressive. Jim and his team installed it over the course of several days while I was away at work. I would come home and be amazed at how much work they had accomplished and how they had left zero mess. Im not sure how anyone manages to be discreet when drilling through walls, but they were! Finished ahead of schedule, too. Fantastic customer service. Do not hesitate to call for an estimate. Services: Install AC, Ductless heating & A/C services
