What a wonderful experience to store our things here. The facility is easy to access, plenty of available carts, elevators and floors are clean and actually smell nice. All the renovations are pristine and I cannot recommend enough!

January 2024 update: Leaving a new review here because apparently I cant leave a new review (???). If you expect transparency and honesty do not rent a unit here! The amount of times I have had to call them to explain a discrepancy is ridiculous. My unit rent has increased so much now on the first of the year it has gone up to $111 with no notice, update or ANYTHING. I was given the run around when it came to my referral check (which I still havent received after dam* near 2 months), no explanation for unit rent increases. This is exhausting. I put my stuff in storage expecting ease, and Im having more trouble renting a unit here than I would have had I kept my belongings out of storage.July Update: I am happy to say that my issue has been resolved. I was promptly reached out to by the Division Manager (I believe that was his title) who took the time to hear my complaint, and did his best to solve it and reassured me that he and his team are working behind the scenes to uphold the integrity of this company. Now that the facility is under new management, so far, no issues have been had and the woman in charge now has been great, attentive, and kind. I deeeeply appreciate this level of care, concern, and attention from the folks over at 21st Century LIC. Please continue this! ---------- The worst customer service Ive experienced with customer service. I have tried calling the office, office manager, and the headquarters trying to get an explanation as to why the payment due date keeps changing. I received one call back and got a voicemail. I called back damn near 8 times since last week and still have been unable to reach ANY staff. Its as if theyre never opened. This is extremely unsettling since they increase monthly payments damn near every six months, I have all my valuable possessions in their facility and cant seem to reach anybody. Its upsetting that they never fail to take their monthly payment but cant seem to pick up the phone or get back to me in a timely manner. ID GREATLY APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME.
