I worked with Carmela Massimo when selling my home in Woodside in 2023-2024, and it was a great experience. She is consistently very responsive and on top of things, knows the neighborhood and all the buildings extremely well, is honest and straightforward, and is a super nice lady! I had also worked with her briefly when looking to buy in 2018 (she represented a seller), and her diligence and obvious competence from a buyer's perspective is what led me to ask her to represent me when selling a few years later. If you are thinking about buying or selling in Queens, you should definitely work with Carmela - I really can't recommend her enough!

Katie was very professional as Katie gave me important and valuable suggestions for sales of our Apt. Katie kept me informed the progress for sales almost every day as I was away from NY.
