When we came to LIC looking for a place, we had many questions and tried visiting the various real estate offices in the area for help only Roberto at Modern Spaces had an open door for us. Roberto helped us to purchase in a co-op while we still lived in another state. We werent sure about the process of buying in NYC but Roberto made sure everything was thoroughly explained to us and oversaw the board application package. He was patient, kind, thorough, and diligent throughout the whole experience and helped us make it all the way to a successful closing!
