Although I have only interacted with Sam and Anna, I can confidently say that Hudson Exclusive is an excellent, professional real estate agency in New York City. During our apartment search, we reached out to Hudson Exclusive multiple times regarding different listings, and every conversation was thoughtful, informative, and understanding. They kept us in mind as new listings became available and were always prompt and thorough in their responses. We came very close to renting an apartment with them. but had to abruptly back out of the arrangement. I am so grateful that our deposit was immediately returned, as many companies will find ways to keep or hold your money hostage. Through having lived in five apartments in NYC (in Manhattan, in Brooklyn, and in Queens), I have encountered numerous realtor personalities and rental search experiences. Hudson Exclusive provided one of the only experiences that was positive and welcoming on both a professional level and a human level from start to finish. I highly recommend them.
