I booked a photoshoot thinking that there would be photographers provided to me. Something that wasnt explained on the phone to me when I did the booking. And also it was hard for me to find the building at first. But when I got there, the place did look dingy as if it needed to be rebuilt. The man at the desk dropped a bomb on me on the fact that I got to get a photographer to do the shoot which caught me off guard because I thought since its a photo studio building that photographers would be provided to me. I wasted my money and time going there and things going south. If I dont get my refund, there will be hell to pay. I will never go back to that studio again!!

I don't recommend it to anyone, bad services they cancel the reservation 4 hours before the book

The system is slow, people take forever to respond. I had an issue with a client trying to make a reservation, so I had to assist them, entering my name and email. When they finally replied, I sent the payment link to the client, who paid months later. When I tried to make another reservation, someone with a bad attitude claimed I owed a previous payment, which I never made. As I mentioned earlier, response times are always too long. I've been here a couple of times, and the places are sometimes dirty, and customer service is terrible. I don't recommend it.
