CVS Photo

I placed a photo order at the Ditmars CVS photo online at 11am and my order was accepted right away; even said printing on the app. But then at 5pm my order was cancelled. I called and no associate could help and kept hanging up on me. I sent an email to the address I was given by the app for customer service (and days later still havent received a response). I called the next morning to check on my order and was hung up on the first time and second time was put on hold for almost 10min before I hung up and took my order to Walgreens, who had it done within the hour. I understand its a busy time of year but the customer service wasnt handled well at all.

inconsistent. The staff is always helpful - but the CVS computer to the store isn't always working. Some of their machines are a bit wonky too - so it is best if you come prepared with your phone and a thumb drive. These are not highquality prints...often too blown out - and you can adjust the image area...but I don't remember to do that and then heads are cut off. but if you need a quick photo for something you can get it here. NOTE: not cheap.
