When we came to pick up the car there was no attendant for about 10 minutes and the door to the room to all of the car keys was wide open with the keys just hanging on the wall. The attendant came back, couldnt find our keys, it turned out that they left my keys in my car with the door unlocked very lucky my car didnt get stolen out of this lot.

NEVER PARK HERE! - Poor Management System: Never pulled the car in advance, many cars block in front of my car and they asked me to come next day since they dont have the keys and cannot move those cars. RIDICULOUS!!! - Over Charging and Dishonest: it happens several times, pay more attention when they ask for parking fee, sometimes they just throw a number, which make no sense at all. The official rates right now is $20/12hrs, $25/24hrs. Some of the staffs are polite and honest, but the so-called manager should really be kicked out.

NEVER PARK HERE! Things we experienced: - Rude staff, not all but some. - Some do not know how to do simple math even you show them the calculations - Our car got blocked inside and they couldnt move the car that blocked our car because they didnt have the key. We were asked to leave and wait until the next day. - Overcharge. We parked with less than 24 hours and they charged us 20 + 20 instead of 25 because we picked up our car later than the expected time (still less than 24). - It happened that cars were stolen. Then, the staff used customers cars to block the entrance and manually moved them away when new cars came in. 100% true stories above.
