David Eisenberg - Compass Real Estate

David is hands down the best realtor I have ever interacted with. He is kind, patient, prepared, communicative, and informative. I am currently looking to either rent or buy (Im not sure which would be the best fit for me), and I was lucky enough to meet David through one of the listings for an apartment for rent. At the viewing he helped me take measurements and was able to answer all the questions I had. He followed up the viewing with an email and, when I shared that I was thinking about the possibility of home ownership instead of renting, he volunteered to have a video call with me to walk me through what that would look like. David took the time to answer all of my potential-first-time-buyer questions in a way that made this complicated process seem so clear. He also did a fantastic job of making sure that I go through this process at the pace thats right for me. After dealing with insistent, rude, and/or insulting realtors, working with David is a breath of fresh air.

David was so helpful in finding an apartment! It can be very stressful looking for somewhere to live in NYC but he made the process smooth. He was very easy to reach and always responded in a timely manner. My roommate and I are very pleased with our new space. We would 100% recommend David if you're looking for a new place!

David is a very kind, professional and knowledgeable agent. He made the difficult task of selling of our childhood home after my mother's passing into a positive experience by his ability to hold the emotional importance of the process with both caring and integrity. He was really accommodating to our timelines, working within our limitations and was also able to guide us so that we could make the best decisions to get the most out of the sale. He kept us informed and updated throughout the process and was very ethical in his approach. It was truly a pleasure to work with him and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in Queens!.

I have bought and sold many houses, working with many realtors throughout. David really knocks it out of the park and it was a pleasure working with him. He adeptly guided us through many bumps that cropped up during our most recent Jackson Heights sale. I can't say enough positives about his knowledge, availability and commitment. He was truly a teammate in the process and thanks to his constant vigilance and advocacy, he got us to what many thought was an impossible deadline. I am sure there are many other extremely competent agents out there; the real difference in working with David is his warmth, love of what he does and his incredible relational skills. We loved working with him and I miss my regular contact with him now that our sale is complete.

There are so many great things to say about David. He really simplified the entire process of finding and renting an apartment. Any questions and concerns were immediately answered with timely replies. He really went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make our transition into this new apartment as smooth as possible.
