Martin Dabao

I actually purchased my home last year from someone who listed their house for sale through Martin Dabao as an agent. Hands down the worst experience from start to finish dealing with him and his company. To start, they put a house for sale that had a title issue on it which prevented me from taking possession of the house for a year and 3 months. In this time, Mr Dabao tricked me into committing to the house and not letting me know about the title issues that way he can take me out of the market from checking out other houses so I dont lose the market rate of that time. Of course the lies begin when he keeps saying it will be closed by next month. That was a repeated statement which I heard 12 times in the course of a year. House had severe plumbing issues which I brought up to him during the wait and even during closing. He acted like I never brought them up to him. Sometimes people get extremely greedy when it comes to sales. If anyone does plan to buy a house from him, I suggest you find a different agent or house all together. He doesnt care about customer experience. He sold my information to another real estate agent who listed the house for sale after I bought it. When I told him about the pictures, he said he will take care of the fake post for sale. Never took care of it and left me by myself to figure out. He also contacted me recently to see if I wanted to sell the house! The audacity is unreal to me! I told him to loose my number since this may have been the worst experience for a home purchase ever. Below are pictures of the pipes that where completely disintegrated in the ground. Completely fossilized! He lied to me and gave me expectations of closing which were fantasy just to keep me away from other houses!

I have known and worked with Mr. Dabao for over 12 years. Several properties of mine and my families and those who I know whom I have sent to him. The latest being a mixed use biulding in Brooklyn. But we have done tons of residential as well. And throughout that time, he has only showed himself to be of the most professional caliber. He is honest, and amazingly hardworking, and most of all, he is an AGENT/BROKER who you can TRUST! In this industry is can be hard to find. But I can honestly say Martin Dabao is one of those gems and I am glad and grateful to know him and work with him throughout. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a solid broker to knows Queens and understands the way the real estate market works.
