I NEVER signed up for the service optimum representative Edward Peralta used my private information to sign me up. This is fraudulent he also forged my signature which I can prove and billed me for equipment and services without my consent or knowledge . I would like to inform Mr Edward legal action will be taken. I was never a customer of optimum and have no desire to be one.. this company has no check points. This wrong on many levels.

Beautifully views. The higher upside are nice but the building is a nightmare to work in.

We have been a very long term customer dating back to the days of Cablevision. The last two years have resulted in multiple service calls. New routet,several new cable boxes, several new remotes & multiple range extender configurations. We are now on the new Altice streaming device w/ fiber optic lines. The video occasionally freezes while the audio continues! We had to solve it ourselves via a power & streaming device reboot. Our other remote changes the channel when you mute the mute button ! Really !? If you have a choice I would use it. Prior to Altice this was a good cable option.

trying real hard to cancel service with optimum since nov/dec and it seems like no1 know how to do their job n iam still getting charged for services iam not using and if this goes on my credit report i promise you going to be paying me back for the entire service i had because it doesnt work ever
