As an employer they break all the rules. I was a bookkeeper for them at the age of 59 years old. They fired me when they found out my age to hire a 20 year old stating they were taking a different direction. Age discrimination is a hard thing to prove but best to state it on the web as to what kind of owners they are. In reality, for being so cruel, they can't be trusted since they possess two-face dishonest values.
