        I popped a tire and came into the shop looking for help. The guy behind the counter and the mechanic in the back dropped what they were doing and had my flat fixed within 10 minutes. They were real lifesavers. Also, the mechanic took the time to look carefully at my tire and pulled out 4-5 tiny pieces of glass that were likely the cause of the flat. I really appreciated their quick service and attention!

        Went in to ask for a used bike; they gave me a choice and an offer, I accepted it and they backed out by just never answering back. Why not just say, "NO"?
