This was a little concerning and very helpful to my company. I had called Lock-it in the morning and they said they were going to have to look into it, but after I got off the phone with them, they came right back at 4pm that same day, fixed it within an hour. So well done!

Eric is amazing. He came and the-keyed our front door locks in record time. Eric is honest and straight forwarded. He responds via yelp messages in about 5-7 minutes. Eric just left about an hour ago and made us a fantastic deal (great price); we're very happy with his work. I'll use him for all my lock needs and will happily refer him to all that need his expertise.thanks a lot
