I've ordered at least three sets of plants from Juliette's store and the plants are beautiful and healthy and prices are fair. But even better than that, Juliette has been amazing in providing top notch customer service--she responds quickly to all messages, whether it's about an order, advice on what planter to get, or how to care for plants. My City Plants combines the convenience of ordering plants online with the unique experience of going down to your local plant shop and talking with the owner about anything plant--related and that is unparalleled. One of the 10 or so plants I ordered in the last few months had a minor issue and she rushed another plant to me as a replacement. Juliette also has wonderful and instructive videos on Youtube about plant care (which I am now subscribedto) and the Lechuza planters sheuses are the best. I intend to always buy my plants from Juliette.

If you live in NYC, this is THE place to buy plants. I needed two medium sized plant arrangements in rectangular containers, and they had just the thing. They have these amazing German designed self-watering containers that are lightweight and modern. I was able to get my plants delivered via local delivery next day. Great selection of plants, and the only place that has given me the advice and tools to make mine thrive. Highly recommended.

I have purchased 8 plants and 3 Living Frames from My City Plants since March to keep me company and raise the vibration of my Manhattan apartment during COVID quarantine.
