I was looking to save money on my insurance, I did few quick insurance quotes online when I found Farmers Insurance Astoria on Yelp & Google. Mr. Matin is a great professional guy who is highly respected in the community. He took the time to explain coverages and tailor everything to my price and needs. I have my umbrella, Homeowners and Life Insurance with his agency and I'm pleased with the way he handles every policy. I really appreciated the after hours service and prompt response to my insurance policy questions. Almost everything was processed electronically within minutes. I'd give him 50 stars if I can!

I would highly recommend this insurance company. We shopped around and no one gave us a better quote than they did!! The office is extremely professional, honest, and friendly.

Couldn't be happier with the high quality and friendly service! I have used Farmers Insurance AMatin agency for the past 2+ years, ever since moving to New York. My experience has been nothing short of great. Anytime I have a question I can call or send an email and I get a return phone call immediately. Mr. Matin spends his valuable time on the phone with me giving me valuable advice. It always seems that he has my best interests in mind. I would highly recommend working with this group.

I was looking to switch an auto insurance carrier and I yelped and found they had the best rating. Still skeptical I paid a visit on NYE day and there was one agent Christina in the office. She was empathetic, informative, and just being genuinely helpful. I had a great experience talking to her and she also gave me some helpful information on insurance policies in general etc. Just a very nice person and being nice will pay off eventually. They managed to reduce my premium by about 40%. I also got a quote from another brokerage called Sammy's and they were one of those typical poker face insurers and the rates were not as good as Farmers. Thumbs up for Christina. I will switch to you guys!
