A really great hotel in Queens. The hotel has everything you need for a city trip. The nearest metro stations can be reached on foot in around five minutes. We had a wonderful view (room 907). Everything went very smoothly via the special app (check-in, check-out, etc.). The only (minus) point to complain about is the cleanliness of the rooms. It was quite clean by American standards, but not by European standards. It was very dusty and there were still some hairs from previous visitors in the bed and in the shower. It was also quite loud due to the refrigerator in the room. Although it can be unplugged easily, we stored food in it. The air conditioning is also easy to use. All in all, I can recommend the hotel and would book it again.

Hotel is within walking distance of the metro (+-6 minutes) Which takes you straight to Manhattan Upon arrival we received no explanation about the hotel or where things are located in the hotel, etc. After we asked about it, we found out on the 3rd day that the hotel had drawers downstairs with things in them (paper, cutlery, etc etc) that we could take if we needed them. This was useful to know in advance. Employees very nice and fun to chat with. They are also willing to help with questions. 10/10 The hotel also has a nice roof terrace, lovely when the weather is nice. Rooms: Rooms fairly "simple" but very good/neat Good bathroom/shower drain of shower became clogged: this was reported 15 minutes later someone came by Safety: Neighborhood around hotel is safe
