LIC Hotel

Location is perfect. Cleanliness is TOP. Bed is okay. The breakfast was decent but the same every day. The choice of dishes included scrambled eggs (made from real eggs), boiled egg, potato salad, hamburger meat or fried bacon, cheese spread, butter, Nutella, American pancakes, maple syrup, several types of jam, apple and orange juices, coffee with additives, tea, milk, breakfast cereals, bagels, bread, and toast. The breakfast is okay but gets boring very quickly. Considering the price of the hotel, the breakfast is okay. When I made the reservation, I wasn't aware that the LIC hotel assumed my wife, daughter, and I would sleep in the same bed. When I realized this, I went to ask for an extra bed, and I was charged an additional 50 dollars per night, which is okay. I was just surprised by the fact that the three of us were expected to sleep in the same bed Rooms: Cleand every day. Good shower. Nearby activities: Subway is very close. A lot of restaurants near by. Safety: It's safe. Walkability: Great to walk. Food & drinks: A lot nearby. Noteworthy details: Nice expiriance.

So to all those looking for a hotel, As is well known, the LIC stands for Long Island City and is based there. Our room was simply furnished but clean and room service came every day. The breakfast was better than expected by American standards. But the best thing about the hotel is that it is outside of Manhattan and yet you can still get to the Court Square station in 3 minutes, where you can get "almost" everywhere with 4 different subways. In the evening you are back in a quiet area with a great view from the roof terrace!
