We loved doing business with Sebastian. He added a home office to our 1bd coop and it looks as it had always been there! The work took 4 days, and we were in the apt, so the crew sealed the work area to prevent dust from crossing into our living area. They creatively and safely addressed challenges with our old electric wiring, and the aesthetics of their job are super. When they left, there was barely any cleaning left to do. Thank you so much!! Essential contracting has been an absolute pleasure to work with. This was our 13th spa opening and first time working with Essential contracting. The attention that was given to this project as well as the quality of the final product was very much appreciated. We had very specific requirements in order to implement our new design for our flagship NYC location, and Sebastian and his team did not disappoint. I was referred to Essential Contracting Group. They got back to me fairly quickly and were extremely professional. Mr. Aguas came to my home to provide a very reasonable estimate. His employees came to my home and did an excellent job. This crew was professional and respected my home while they were working. I highly recommend this company for any type of work needed. They renovated my 2 bathrooms and re-carpeted some rooms in my house. They repaired damaged plumbing and replaced and repainted some damaged dry wall. They also cleaned my gutters. Highly Recommend.
