        The RAC in Astoria New York is honestly led by a group of unorganized people. My payment agreement is tied to the wrong couch and the lack of communication within their team is so poor that they cant even communicate to each other that theyve spoken to me so I get constant calls and texts from MULTIPLE PEOPLE for the same thing I already cleared over the phone. Definitely needs a rehiring process.
