My mother is 71 years old and disabled. Yesterday she booked a trip and return with this service, recommended by the Hilton hotel where she was staying. The driver took her to Prospect Park to an event and dropped her off, and at the end of the event, she was left outside, alone, with no return ride. I was calling from North Carolina to try and facilitate her pick up, and was hung up on NUMEROUS times by the female answering the phone. Then Nestor (I believe was his name) called me from his cell, repeatedly stated he did not speak English (I speak some Spanish and attempted to speak with him to no avail) and continued to say 111th street. Why I dont know they knew where they dropped her off the hotel also called on my behalf and was told she had no return reservation, now WHY would a 71 year old be dropped off and not need return transportation?? And of course they took a CASH payment from her as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and I will leave this review EVERYWHERE including the Hilton Honors website. If not for the venue staff, my mother would still be standing at Prospect Park!!!!
