        I work 3 doors down from this coffee shop. Theres often people working inside but hardly ever open to the public these days. Please update your operating hours if this is the way you do business. Have yet to drink a cup of their coffee.

        This place serves delicious coffee and chai lattes. I've visited multiple times to try their new offerings, and each time, I've been impressed. Their baristas are knowledgeable and passionate about coffee, taking great care with each customer's order. As a result, the taste of their coffee surpasses homemade brews and the coffee from typical cafes. Additionally, they sell coffee beans, making it convenient for those who enjoy brewing coffee at home. The location is somewhat secluded from residential buildings, turning this spot into a hidden gem in the area. Moreover, they offer coffee training courses for those interested in learning more about appreciating and crafting coffee.

      Hello Jillian, thanks for bringing up this concern—the café in our roastery is open from 8:30am - 2:30pm on weekdays and 10:00am - 3:00pm on Saturdays. We have had to close a couple of days in the past month due to traveling for competition season; many of our staff are competitors or organizers for the US Coffee Championships! Typically when you visit and see people working, it's because the location also hosts our office, academy, and roasting teams doing their regular daily work.We will typically put a sign on the door and post on our Instagram when we close unexpectedly (@coffeeprojectny). We're sorry that you haven't been able to visit yet, but really hope to host you soon! Maybe we can change your mind about us over delicious coffee ☕
