Steve from Valley Supply went above and beyond. I underestimated my job materials and he was able to help me out same day. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Placed an order online for Kraftmaid cabinet paint. January 27th my credit card was charged and as of February 13th they have not responded to my email requesting information on my order. When I called I was rushed off the phone and told I would receive an email with an update. When I did not receive the promised email I tried calling them two days later and get a message that "this wireless customer was not available". Is the phone number listed on their site someone's cell?
I plan on calling my credit card company to have the charge backed out. Very dishonest and indifferent company. I should have read the reviews that echo the same problem.
If there was an option of no stars I would have done so as they don't deserve even one.
