Transparent, trustworthy, kind, and very professional. Gladys has all these traits and more, our renting experience and process was the smoothest thanks to Gladys. While there were some nuances directly related to the building, Gladys held our hands through the entire process and was always looking after us, available and responsive, willing to address all our concerns and questions. Me and my wife are very thankful and happy that we crossed paths with Gladys. If I could give her 10 stars I would. You will no regret working with her, the world needs more kind souls like Gladys!
