Jackson Park LIC

I have lived here for 3 years and it is the best. The doorman are very nice & the safety is above par. The food delivery is fast & the best part is the private park. Additionally, the food court across the street is high end & the omakase upstairs is highly recommended.

READ HERE: OTHER REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND PAID FOR The management does not care about keeping everything nice and clean. They walk through building 3's entrance and only keep that lobby / elevator nice because that's the one they use, while the other elevators and lobby feel like a sticky AMC movie theater. There is dog pee and poop all over the yard, walkways, entrances. Most tenants are rude, awful people who don't clean up after themselves whatsoever and let their attention starved pets defecate on the gardens, lawn, wherever. Zero rule enforcement while sending lots of scolding emails that do nothing.

The Place is located in the heart of Long Island City with several train lines, Very convenient to anywhere in New York. And the amenities is definitely the best in the neighborhood with two pools and a whole basketball court. Dog friendly building. Overall a wise choice if you want to live in LIC.

My and my roommate have been with Jackson Park for years. Excellent service and wonderful people around. Im excited for the years to come.
