Before our arrival in New York, the team started to get in touch on the day of our trip. As soon as we arrived and got online, there was a message from our driver asking us to let us know as soon as we went through customs, with our bags, and that was done. We passed through the customs door and found ourselves promptly. The way to the hotel was super peaceful.
On the return transfer we had the pleasure of meeting Renny. Very nice person with a super interesting conversation, so much so that we didn't even notice the time it took from the hotel to the airport, which was long, it was jammed, as always.
To summarize, we felt very safe with the seriousness and kindness of the team, we highly recommend it.

Great tour and great conversation with the drivers. I left the tour feeling informed and want to come back for a second. Vini was a lot of fun to chat with, punctual, and accommodating. 10/10 you should give these guys a try.
