Tracy was wonderful! She was patient, answered all my questions, and was attentive to getting the house in front of the public promptly. She went over and above her job as a realtor to be sure that needed repairs were completed with the right folks doing the jobs. I was not from the community nor was I in the state and she stayed in touch, communicated regularly, and as did her team of knowledgeable folks all who helped the success of the sale!

I just bought a coop in NYC. Tracy was the best real estate professional I could have asked for. I asked tons of questions and she always answered or received answers from seller or management on my behalf right away. She helped me get a good term and made timely requests in the process. I also had many questions on home renovations/fixes and she gave me so much helpful info. She is a very knowledgeable, responsible and one of the best advisors!
