I wanted to send a special friend a gift on what was going to be a very hard day for her. I spoke with Katherine and she put together a beautiful basket that was exactly what I wanted to spend. Not only was the basket beautiful, but Katherine hand delivered it to her on the day I needed it sent. My friend was so happy. I will most definitely be using Panache Gifts again.

Where to begin?! Katherine was an absolute dream to work with. We tasked her with creating 200 wedding favors, welcome bags and bathroom care baskets. She was so creative to keep it within our theme and provided 3 different pricing tiers for us to choose from. They were executed perfectly and our guests were raving about them. She even went the extra mile(s) to hand deliver them to Newport!! Shes a gem and cant wait to work with her again soon :)

I was very satisfied with the promptness of my orders. When the USPS messed up the zip code on one of the orders, it was supposed to be delivered on Easter Saturday, Katherine called first thing Monday morning and the gift was delivered that day. She was also kind enough to return the shipping cost. I will be recommending Panache Gifts to my family and friends.
