Hilltop Restaurant & Bar

Was highly recommended and we were not disappointed. We had a reservation and was seated right away. We drove 7 hours to Alyssa took care of us and was awesome. She knew the menu well and recommended the Prime Rib which we all ordered. Restaurant management is more art than science or math. They had just run out of Prime Rib, but they made it happen for us. The Prime Rib was absolutely delicious. Huge cut and the baked potato with bacon and sour cream was too delicious. Their home made cornbread is just the right sweetness. Very good. The salmon was just right and the yellow rice was the perfect accompaniment. Thinking we would want more food, we ordered the Risotto and though we are completely stuffed, we tried it and it too was absolutely awesome. Tony Conrad is the Executive Chef and owner. I highly recommend this restaurant. I have over 57 million views of my reviews and this is one of the best locations, a hidden gem. Cheers

My husband's and I first time here tonight and it was amazing!! The food was so fresh, looked great and portions were large! Standards look as they are even well above Russell's. Kudos to the owners for such a top notch restaurant . Service was great as we had Demetrious. He has been mentioned in other reviews and is just a delight!! Thank you for the wonderful dinner and great service!! Can't wait to go back

Hilltop catered our daughter's wedding this past weekend, and they were spectacular! From cocktail hour with a stunning charcuterie display, the bar service/staff, to the dinner hour and followed by a dessert table that left our guests and us extremely pleased with our choices, AMAZING. Every bite of food was delicious, flavorful, fresh and prepared with care. Working with Crystal throughout the planning and even in following up was such a pleasure. She is friendly, organized, and so very helpful with suggestions, support and encouragement!! We are still hearing from our guests how awesome the food was, and we absolutely agree. Just a wonderful, delicious experience!!

Delicious. Had the salmon, which was cooked to perfection with a glaze that made it taste just slightly sweet. Divine. The asparagus was grilled and tasted like a summer day. Demetrius, our server, was the exact right amount of friendly and attentive. Food came out quick. French onion soup in a crock was also perfect. The bathroom was very clean. All around excellent experience. Will be back!
