We went to the Clay store looking for bar stools for the island in our new home. The sales lady was especially helpful and directed us to a couple of choices that were very comfortable and on sale. On the day of delivery (which was 4 days later!) they accidentally delivered them to our old home in Canastota despite having the new address. We called Customer Service and within a short time, they were delivered to our new place in Cicero. I would say that the delivery people and the customer service gal went above and beyond expectations! Thank you for another great experience with your store.

Read this ridiculous experience: I ordered over $3,000 of furniture from this company. They input the sofa order with a Left Sofa and a Left Chaise. So when I got the order after 7 weeks of waiting, they say sorry we can order another one that will be 6-8 more weeks & here is $100 off a future order. What a joke of customer service. How can a small company provide this low of quality care for customers and not expect them to just go to Ashley Furniture down the road for less money and better results. I cant believe I spent my money with them to waste half of a year of time for $100
