The girl at the counter was very nice I was dropping off an article to be repaired. She was unsure of price and gave two estimates. She suggested I could add note to get quote first then decide. They sent clothing to plant. They phoned me with price quote ,I specifically asked if it included all the repairs and was told yes. Person who's jacket I dropped off heard this conversation over speaker phone and gave ok. Approximately a week later I see a missed call from the cleaners so I hit call. I'm informed that the price quoted was incorrect and was only for part of the repair. I told the girl to have them send the coat back and I'll find a seamstress. She said ok . Later that afternoon my cell starts blowing up from a residential land line. Someone claiming to be the manager of Alexander's rudely starts accusing me of being a liar and yelling at me. As far as I was concerned I was getting my coat back and should have been end of story. She won't let me get a word in edge wise and starts swearing at me. I get seriously ticked off and tell her to send my effing coat back at this time. She was derogatory and rude and not even calling from the business. Never will use them again. Used them several times years ago without problems but now never again. The jacket was dropped off 11/22 this is now a week into Dec. with the fiasco phone calls. Not acceptable
