Helio Health Elements

There are two hour long groups during weekdays. You don’t go outside over the weekends, and only go out for an hour at 2pm during weekdays. There are no activities. You can sit in your room and watch tv or use your phone or a tablet they provide. There are lounges but they’re cramped, windowless, and the tv remotes are all hoarded by other clients. The food is public highschool grade. The only things to drink are water, milk, or those tiny juice cups (apple or orange from concentrate). If your alternative is being homeless on the street this is for sure a better option, but don’t expect much.

I attended over 8 other treatment programs and Helio health Elements campus is by far the best gift I ever gave to myself. From the own room to the wonderful staff including the kitchen staff, you can actually feel at home, at ease, and work in your Recovery in a beautiful and comforting environment.
