If you leave a message they never call you back. They never available when you need them. I been trying to get my taxes done for a while and they never have time to do it and they don't want to give me my quick book so I can get someone else to get it done. But they been taking money every month from my credit card for they service fees. H&R blocks is the new owner of this business.
