We tried to go to see an apartment that Hope was suppose to show us we were late and we constantly called her to let her know where we were. My cell phone was not working and she was not very helpful with directions! My boyfriend was mad because I could not find the location and was yelling at me and she assumed that he was talking to her. She told me she did not want to be late to her next appointment and she did not wait a few minutes longer when we were very close by to her no more then five minutes away claiming she did not want to be late for her next appointment! She called me back that night and said we can reschedule for the following week. When we looked again at the pictures of the apartment we tried to contact her she sent me a message after several attempts to contact her telling me she spoke to the landlord and he will not rent to us!!! She completely slandered us for no reason. We are seniors she showed us no respect!! She is unprofessional and does not deserve to be any kind of agent after she costed us this apartment!!!

Hope is amazing and a great realtor. She has very good connections with real estate and is very knowledgeable. She made buying a home very enjoyable and took the stress away. I would highly recommend her!

I just want to say thank you to Hope and her team, I thought purchasing a home would be complicated and frustrating, but it was not. Hope was there every step of the way, she made it easy to find me a new home. If you think about all the things you have to do when youre moving, for me this was the easiest part. She is truly an expert at her craft, understanding, considerate, and answered all my questions professionally and promptly. If you are looking for a real estate agent, she has been the one you are looking for.
